Filing a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. The counter-notification must include the following:
- Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the United States, in the jurisdiction where your service provider is located.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
We may restore the removed content if the counter-notification is valid, and the original complaining party does not file a court action within 14 days of receiving the notice.
